Pure honey, straight from the hive.
Our Raw Honey is harvested from our own farm and bottled as-is — no heating, no filtering, no additives. Just honey, exactly as nature made it.

Every Batch Is Unique
Raw honey is a living product. The colour, texture, aroma, and taste of each batch naturally varies depending on the season and the flowers the bees foraged during that harvest. A spring batch may be light golden and floral. A monsoon batch may be darker, richer, and more complex. This variation is not a defect — it is the mark of real, unprocessed honey.

Raw vs Processed Honey
Most commercial honey is heated and ultra-filtered to create a uniform appearance and extend shelf life. This process destroys natural enzymes, removes pollen, and strips away the subtle flavour notes that make each harvest distinct.
Our honey is never heated above natural hive temperature. The result is honey that retains its full nutritional profile — natural enzymes, antioxidants, trace minerals, and pollen — exactly as it exists in the comb.

Why It May Crystallise
Crystallisation is a natural process in raw honey and a sign of purity. It does not mean the honey has gone bad. To reliquefy, place the jar in warm water (not boiling) and stir gently. Never microwave.
