How It's Made

Fresh garlic cloves are fully submerged in our raw farm honey and left to infuse cold over an extended period. As the garlic ages in the honey, a slow transformation happens — the sharpness of raw garlic mellows into a deep, complex sweetness while the honey takes on a bold, savoury depth. The result is something entirely different from either ingredient alone.
